Change the Outcome

For those who like for the CSA to have won independence. If you could choose one of these two scenarios, which would it be?

1) On Feb. 6, 1862, at Ft. Henry, the 128 lb. Columbiad does NOT get spiked; there is plenty of artillery ammunition and 150 infantrymen are left behind to help man the cannons. General Buckner is the only general at Ft. Donelson and he continues the assault on Grant's army on the first day and routes them.

2) At Gettysburg, General Lee withdraws after the first day and JEB Stuart does his job of reconnaissance instead of jilly-jacking around the countryside. The Confederates move to some high ground that suits Gen. Lee between Gettysburg and Washington D.C., forcing the Federals to attack and the Confederates win, but they suffer too much to successfully march on Washington D.C. Lee's army must return to VA to re-supply resources, but the world knows they beat the Union Army in PA.
