In an article that was by the same name as this post in The Confederate Veteran Magazine written by Dr. J. William Jones of Richmond, Virginia there is a report mentioned by a Yankee officer that was detailing information regarding some of the Northern prisons.

I was curious to know if any of you could locate and post this missing report.

I would be very interested in the outcome of this search.
