I understand what he saying. When killed or rendered unconscious instantly the body loses muscle control. If standing and the force or impact is localized to a small area of the body the collapse is straight down in a slow or near slow slump as the body goes totally limp. If you watch enough combat footage you will see examples of this. D-day comes to mind as you see a soldier slump down and roll over on his back after what looks to be a mortar round explode behind him. A morbid subject true but Hollywood hardly ever does it realistically. It doesn't look right if you don't ham it up for the audience. I did a little movie work myself as a reenactor...I know.
