OK, In the Mississippi section at your site, you mention the account of William Howcott and the memorial he had build to his Black friend and slave, Willis Howcott. You say you received the account from William's great-grandson, Harley. You end by saying, "No CSR found for a W. H. Howcott". William was only 15 or 16. Willis was only 13-14 in the last couple years of the war. There are only a couple of file cards for William.
