I recently came across this photo. I know I've never seen it. Is this a Confederate or Union soldier ? My opinion is Union, probably one of the western Armies. It appears to me the little guy is wearing a Union kepi. Just curious as to others opinions. Uniforms not one of my strong suits. (no pun intended) !
