I still think the Hunley crew were killed instantly from the shock of the under water torpedo explosion that nearly blew the USS Housatonic in half. Scientist revealed today one of the crew memebers teeth was found fused and encrusted to the gear handle in front of where he sat. This same crew member had several teeth missing. They keep finding clues.
