During my last visit to the NARA in DC I had a chance encounter with a woman whose job it was at the NARA to post the WBTS information online from their records. I had the opinion that it was probably about 50% of all information had been posted online. However she said only about 5% of the holdings of WBTS documents at the NARA were online. She noted billions and billions of documents had yet to be put online and probably would not be during our lifetime.
