Re: Places to stay when visiting NARA in DC

Thanks for the informative reply Dennis. I guess I never realized the amount of records held at the NARA. I( am sure on my first visit I would be lost, actually no doubt about it.

This winter, when the weather gets cold and rainy, I intend to start borrowing film through the loan system. At this point I can honestly say I have no real idea where to start or exactly what subjects I would like to research. Of course the 7th Miss. Inf. Regt. is always close to the top of the list, but right now I would say that Ron Skellie has that department covered. I am guessing my best option is to pick a subject and wade in.
