Brother Against Brother

Sir,

I was about to record your upcoming feature "Brother Against Brother", presented as "Lies and Legends", on the Fox News Channel this Sunday. I have since changed my mind. The reason for me changing my mind is that I read the short summary under the program which stated that you are going to point out how Southern citizens went to great lengths to deny the fact that the Civil War was about slavery.

Sir, IF the Southern citizens did deny that slavery was a cause of the war, they are absolutely RIGHT!!!! I am somewhat sure of what you will quote as your sources and possibly what historians you will quote, Foner, McPherson, Burns. I am not interested in any of these biased quotes from these people. I want to see your original research.

This being said I am prepared to debate you in a factually and civil matter at the place of your choosing. I suggest these 3 places,
