Could someone please post the orders of Gen. W. Scoot to Major Anderson while he was in Fort Moultrie. These orders basically said stay where you are, don't upset anyone. He also came back with a second order saying the same thing. Sources?

I had these in the SHAPE website but now cannot find them. Any help appreciated.
