I never said that, however I can't imagine a white soldier going into battle with his slave in tow and the slave not be armed can you? Now I did say that I have heard this tale of some law that makes it illegal for a slave or a Negro to be part of the CSA army until the war was virtually over, however to date not one person has produced that law. If you have it please post it and prove me wrong.

Now if you would be so kind as to tell me about this person, was she a soldier or not? What is your proof?
