None Soldier gets CSA headstone *PIC*

I found an application that got approved for a CSA headstone in 1923.

The person was Robert Parnell (R. P. on the application) Rogers, Simpson County, Mississippi. He was conscripted to work in a shoe shop for the Government.
Records showed he was paroled in May 1865, but no rank, company, enlistment or discharge dates. He was buried in Holly Grove Cemetery, Braxton Mississippi.
