I have the CSR of J. C. Luper, 38th Miss. Cav. Co E. The record appears to me to state, "sent to interior hospital from Corinth May 29th 1862.

Another card Nov. Dec 1862 reads " supposed to be dead"

Two other cards appear to say "sent to rear"

Am I correct in what I think these cards state?
