After dining at Cracker Barrell recently my wife insisted she buy me a book. For the Most part I hate history books unless I know they are factual and not biased. Well I went to the car and got it warmed up and she came out. Nothing was said about the book until we got home. She handed it to me I and placed it in my bookcase. Today I got the book down and noticed the title-- " Remembering Mississippi's Confederates" by none other than JEFF T. GIAMBRONE!!!! An excellent book.

Now Jeff if you read this you are more than likely wondering why the book excites me. Well as I was looking at the book I turned the page and there was the Pittman brothers photo. My g-grandson who is only 4, and loves to look at books, could not believe what his ancestors looked like. I told him what they did as well as I could explain to a 4 year old. But we did get the ball rolling. You made my day and my grandsons.
