This happens when we do not speak up. Lately I have a couple of email exchanges with Rep. Steven Palazzo (R. Mississippi) about his vote to overturn Trumps veto of the 2020 NDAA, which removes the names of Confederate names from military bases. He tries to tell me his reason for voting for this overturn of Trump's veto is "because it would weaken our military forces." He really expects me to believe that.

Now if everyone would just write their reps, maybe this bunch of scalawags and carpetbaggers would get the message.
