I've been a little busy the past few days, but did some searching. Found little which you have not already posted. There are several trees on Ancestry, but information on some are conflicting with each other. One thing I did find which you did not mention were pictures of both Elisha Norton and his son C. R. Norton. Some of the trees which appeared to be fairly accurate stated Elisha died about 1875 in Shreveport, but none provided a reference.
