The group that raised funds for the monument said there were 300 that served in the USCT from that county. Could-be but they've never released a list of the 300. Maybe it will keep the radicals quiet for a while - but don't be surprised if in the future they return and there are calls to remove the Confederate monument.

Radicals don't compromise...they just wait for another opportunity.
