Enoch Swift Letter

Enoch Swift served in Catawba County, NC. Confederate Home Guard commanded by Captain Harry Bingham. I believe I'm correct in saying North Carolina didn't pay pensions to men that served in the home guard units. Enoch still applied for one more than once and I believe his widow applied for a widow's pension after his passing. In his many efforts for a pension, he wrote a letter naming several of his former comrades. One of them was Jonathan Anderson who was counted in the 1860 census of Boone District, Watauga County, North Carolina, and listed there as a 23-year-old Mulatto. Historian, Michael C. Hardy says the letter is in the North Carolina Archives. Does anyone have a copy or know how I might access it?
