I don't know about the South Carolina soldiers, but Virginia dead brought back from Gettysburg were buried in a mass grave in Richmond's Hollywood Cemetery. Actual names and numbers are unknown. I suspect you'll find something similar for South Carolina dead, since the possibility of individually marked graves for Confederates is fairly remote.
