Hello,

John D. Cade, son of Capt. Drury Cade, commander of the Delhi Rangers, Co. A, 15th Georgia Infantry, died in Mt. Carmel, SC in 1928. He is buried there in the city cemetery.

As of that time, he had in his possession some relics of the Delhi Rangers, including their flag. I am seeking this flag to document it in my book on Georgia Civil War flags.

I am searching for any of his descendents that might still be living in South Carolina. I am told that some still do and that this flag is with them today.

If anyone on this board knows how to get ahold of these descendents please let me know at Biggsk@aol.com. I would also be very interested in his newspaper obiturary.
