I am writing a book about Poles in the Confederate Army. I am searching roster of soldiers from all South Carolina units. I know names of soldiers and units, but I don't know some descriptions about that soldiers. Is the state of South Carolina have had a roster of all their soldiers in book format?
I am searching soldiers in Soldiers and Sailors system and I know (but I have not got it) that for the regiments 1-5 Salley Alexander Samuel written a book - South Carolina Troops in Confederate service.
How can I search about fifty Polish names from South Carolina with a brief descriptions of their service in the C.S. Army?
