Purchased a large Bowie knife @ an auction, it has seeral stamped things on the handle as well as the blade, It has HONOR TO DEATH, at the base of the handle on the blade on one side 1862 encircled by BURGERS BROS or BRO then a part of the letter C. can't make it out.On the other side of the handle is SC CO G 14 GETYSBURG JULY 2 1863, Then on the blade the name SAMUEL WEEKS .I think this knife is an reinactors repro item, but would like to know of the SC CO G 14 if anyone knows, Thanks for listenig,genedavis50@hotmail.com
