my ggggrandfather was supose to have been a member of the 21st sc inf. he was from merrimans mill in chesterfield co. his name was burrel merriman. privt. inlisted in 1861 in chestefild sc died in 1864 in jacksons hospital in va. anyone having information on the 21st. i would like to here from you. i think he was with company e or f thanks mike
