Dear Sir:

I am contacting you in reference to your post of September 29th, 2003 about Lieutenant Frederick W. Andrews of the 24th South Carolina Volunteer Infantry Regiment. I regret to say that I am not any relation to the Lieutenant, other than being a Native born South Carolinian.

What I would like to know is if I can get a copy of all the information that you have on the Lieutenant. I am compiling a detailed history of the Gist Brigade, of which the 24th S.C.V. was a part, for the descendant's of the men who served within it's ranks. I've been working on this for the past 3 years, and am still far from completing it. Any help that you can give me would be greatly appricaited. I thank you for your time, and remain, as always,
Your Faithful, and obedient, servant,
Kenneth H. Robison II,
Columbia, South Carolina
