I am trying to get information on Wilson Keeffe, listed as Wilson Keiffe. I find him listed as a private in the 26th Infantry, Co. C. He never returned home from the war so we assume he must have been killed. We haven't been able to find out anything. I tried logging into footnote.com, but they did not have all South Carolina's soldiers on file yet. Can anyone help me? I'd appreciate any suggestions. Thanks.
