More Graves Found

I found/verified (and placed flags for) some more Confederate gravesites on a trip this weekend that I thought I should share.

Frederick Newton Moody
B. 18 Aug 1844 D. 29 May 1911
Served 1st SC State Troops and 12th SC Inf., Co. G
Buried at Mills Mill Cemetery with his wife (Salisa Agnus Friddle, 1846-1919) and most of his close family members
Currently, has no Southern Cross, nor VA issued headstone. Cemetery seems abandoned and under great neglect.

James W. Friddle
B. 19 Feb 1840 D. 1 Mar 1928
Served 2nd SC Rifles, Co. B
Buried at a cemetery adjacent to Mills Mill Cemetery with his wife Mary Jane Clark (17 Oct 1851 - 3 May 1935).
Has a huge headstone that clearly designates his service. Also has a Southern Cross. Cemetery appears to be under good care.

Thomas Granger
B. 20 Mar 1831 D. 26 Jan 1910
Served 16th SC Inf. Co. B
Buried at 1st Berea Baptist Church, Berea, SC with most of his close family.
Has no Southern Cross, nor VA Headstone. Cemetery under good care.

William A. Granger
B. 1835 D. 1891
Served 16th SC Inf. Co. B
Buried at 1st Berea Baptist Church, Berea, SC with most of his close family.
Has VA Headstone but no Southern Cross. Cemetery under good care.

King David Friddle
B. 9 May 1836 D. 4 May 1920
Served 2nd SC Rifles, Co. B
Buried at a cemetery, formerly known as Monaghan Mills Cemetery, adjacent to a Masionic Lodge with his wife ( Mary Elizabeth Moody 1849-1925) and a child.
Has no VA headstone nor Southern Cross. Cemetery seems abandoned and under great neglect -- it is unknown to most of the area citizens.

Has a large headstone that clearly designates his service. Cemetery appears to be under good care.
