Re: CSA Gravesites needing Gaurdians around Charle

Do you have any idea of where there might be located CSA graves from soldiers who died in the Pee Dee Region. I am searching for a location of a grave of a Samuel J. Windham who died in 1862 while under the care of Dr. Timothy Dargon. Samuel was part of the SC21st Co. K and fell ill. He apparently was too sick to continue on with his regiment when they left to patrol the Charleston coast and later died in the Pee Dee Region. I don't have his compiled Service Records at my fingertips, but if memory serves me, it seems that the location was said to be near the Pee Dee bridge. I don't know if when soldiers died from causes other than battle wounds were they buried in marked graves or not. Any help would really be appreciated.
