Thanks for info. Plan to visit Loudon tenn. this fall to try to locate grave site. I know he was acting as a skirmisher after crossing the tenn river at huffs ferry and then marching along hotchkiss road. What I am looking for is the burial site of the soldiers kill the 14, 15, and 16th of nov. 1863. The only mention is riverview cem. where both union and confed soilders were buried but can not determine or find records. Again thanks.
