The 22nd regiment seems to have been comprised of people from Oconee and Edgefield Counties. I know that Charles lived near Oconee County as did his son-in-law George Cooper who I think may have been in the same regiment but possibly different company. I have not been able to find the actual record of their registration card to see if these are my relatives. Do you know where I might find those?
