Mr. Smith, I had several members of my great grandfather's family. as well as, him who were in the 19th S.C. Vols. under the command of Manigault. One in particular, Wesley Allen Black, was killed in the battle of Nashville. But, my question is do you have any information on the Roll of Honor for Murfreesboro? Wesley was nominated for the medal of honor for that battle. Over the years I have never been able to find why. I have his muster rolls and copies from the Roll of Honor, but not the deed done for this honor. Any information that you may have would be most helpful. Thanks!
