I'm looking for any information on the 12th South Carolina - history of the regiment, uniforms, etc etc. Also, for info on specific soldiers - my gggrandfather and gguncle both served in that unit, Co. G, from Pickens County, SC. If anyone has any links, info etc on any diaries, letters, etc from soldiers in the 12th S. Car. Infantry I would like to know-it would then give me a "direct" link to my relatives experiences. Thanks in advance!
