wish I could buy the book [sob]; my finances have taken a big hit with all of the cardio rehab, medications, yadayadayada...wonder if a Henry County historian/society might be able to buy this book????

Dave Zullo did tell me that it does not (!!!!!) have an index, unfortunately. The description he wrote for the book reads as follows:
