the first three Garretts are indeed my g-g-granduncles...the Melville I don't know...could have been their cousin...where did you find that they enlisted on the same day. I would like to know. By the way my g-g-grandfather Jackson Garrett and his brothers Henry Eli and Albert were with IIth Georgia Infantry Company F. Henry was wounded during the retreat to Richmond and Jackson got malaria..and I believe Albert went over to the Union side....oh well..lol.
