I have been researching Barteau's 22nd Tennessee Cavelry for three years now and have not been able to locate any information on minor skirmish from Oct 5th 1862 to April 24, 1864.
Specifically information from October 31, 1862 to January 10th., the 22nd conducted operations on the Mississippi Central River from Bolivar Tennessee to Coffeeville Mississippi. I have not been able to locate any information regarding these operations. If you can suggest a source of information I would appreciate it. My g-grandfather was wounded during this time. Thank you.
