An ancestor of mine, Benjamin Euclid Earnest, at the sge of 17 ot 18 left school and joined the Confederate army in the cavalry Co. B, Capt Davis, Col. Duffs Battalion. He was born in Wilson Co., Tennessee. Can anyone tell me anything about the above? About any battles they fought etc. Any help you can offer will be greatly appreciated.
