Thanks,Alice...I really appreciate your help...When you told me about Warwickshire,Ohio I thought about the great raid of Morgan's Raiders in 1863 which traversed much of Ohio, ,but since he died in 1864 maybe it was Spotsylvania or The Wilderness since the 1st Tenn.fought in both battles....Ironically,his brother Abraham C. was with the 126th Illinois Inf (Union) and died from TB the same year...Abraham's wife Mary collected a Widows Pension afterwards...Brother against brother.
