reference "What is the best way to analyize the sources?": Are you looking for research methology? Are you looking at it from a novice civilian perspective or are you looking at it from a professional military perspective by evaluating doctrine then and now, the battle operating systems, and the principles of war? Who is your audience? What is their level of experience in understanding your findings? What level of experience do you have in the subject matter to properly to analyize and articulate your findings? Are you looking at the "battle" at a tactical or strategic level?
