I am looking for any information on a Capt. Frank Keys Buchanan from Tenn.

I have recently purchased a photo album that belonged to him or his family. The person that originally bought it from the family did not get any family history or contact information and I am trying to do research on Capt. Buchanan.

The only information I come up with is a Private Frank Buchanan, it is not him.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
