We have a Confederate soldier buried in the Confederate section of Greenwood Cemetery in Barnesville,Ga. that I need help on. His old stone reads"J. W. Chamberlain 19th Tenn.Regt." These old stones have mistakes on them. I have been unable to find a J.W. Chamberlain in the 19th Tenn. I did find 2 other Chamberlains in the 19th on the "Civil War Soldiers and Sailors System". I was hoping that someone had some information on the 19th and could help me find out who this man is. The soldiers buried here died in local hospitals in the summer of 1864 during the Atlanta Campaign. Any help appreciated.
