Cna anyone in the Memphis area tell how I might find the grave of Capt. Richard T. English? I died there in October of 1871 and while I have his obituary from the Daily Appeal,it states that information on his funeral and burial can be found else where in the same issue, but I have had no luck finding that article. I have been lucky enough to have Ed Frank of the Special Collections Department of the University of Memphis try to locate this information, with no luck any help would be appreciated. I have thought of contacting the Catholic diosis (sp?)in Memphis as I believe that he might have been Catholic, but have had no luck finding them either.
