Re: Union Prison at Hart's Island N.Y.

I have a great great uncle, Francis Marion Ross, Jr., who was a Confederate prisoner at Hart's Island, NY. He was captured at Tiller's Bridge, NC and sent to Hart's Island, NY POW camp in Feb. 1865. He was paroled June of 1865. Are there any records to be had to verify the above actions?

Thanks
Gadson S. Ross
