I'm trying to locate my GGGrandfather. His name is William
Posey. I've found one in the 9th Cav. the only info I have to go on is that he was buried in northern Lincoln Co., TN. Which, the place I've been shown could possibly even be southern Bedford or western Moore. They all kinda' come together there in the hills. I'm sure also at the time he probably went by Bill. If anyone might have any information or could point me in the right direction it would be greatly appreciated.
