Mr. Hines,

Please could you give the 5 W's (Who, What, When, Where, Why). Who are we? What organization do you represent?

Here is Where, Tennessee is rather large?,

When? Can you be more specific than first week in October? Many people have to coordinate work schedules months in advance and prioritize what events they attend.

Point of Contact information; person, phone number, web site, email address, alternates for all?

Insurance?

What battle? Is it a tactical event? Is it a historical reenactment (scripted)? Hardcores only or not?

What amenities are being offered? Powder ration for Infantry? Powder Ration for Artillery? Straw? Hay? Firewood?

What mix of Federal vice Confederate? What mix of Infantry, Field Artillery, or Cavalry (Mounted or Dismounted) are you looking for. Early, Mid-, or Late War?

Relics Show? What type of relics? It is assumed War Between the States, but anyone who has ever been to a relics show will tell you that they have a broader focus than not.

Just some thoughts to fill in the questions that I had when I first saw the message.

Respectfully,

Gerald D. Hodge, Jr.
