Pvt James O'Riley is credited with capturing a Confederate battle flag at Franklin. One account states it was the 15th Alabama but that is obviously incorrect. It also does not seem to have been the 16th Alabama because another soldier is credit with that capture. Does anyone know which flag O'Riley took? Thanks.
