Re: Tenn. graves in Ill. postwar

From all records which I have received concerning my ggrandfather; Robert ALLEN, It seems that he died at Camp Douglas, Illinois. (No middle initial)
I was searching one website and could not read the names
which were written on the concrete.......at the Cemetery where
the soldiers were buried.
Is there any way I could locate a record of his death?

Name: Robert ALLEN, CONFEDERATE on the Roll of Prisoners of War at Camp Douglas, Illinois, August 1, 1862.
Where Captured: Island No. 10
When captured: April 8, 1862.
Remarks: Belongs to 54th Tenn Co "E".

On page 1, states: Allen, Robert, Co IVES, 54 Tn Inf
Consolidated in April 1862 with the remanats of 48 (Voorhies) and other Tennessee Regiments to form 48th
(Nixon's) Tenn Inf.

I received 3 pages but nothing about his death.
Thank You,
Joyce A. Luna
