Hello,I Have embarked on my family tree.My Grandmother Was Janet Watt Born Stevenston Ayrshire 21.11.1873.She Married my Grandfather Henry Somerville Forrest 31.12.1862.Janet was the Daughter of Robert and Mary (Nee Halbert) One of their sons was David Watt born3.5.1890 at Townhead Street Stevenston.At some time he Joined The Royal Navy, and on Completion of his Service he stayed in Austraila.I think he took a job as a Horse Breaker.....When W W 1 broke out he Joined the Austrailian Navy, and as far as I know Lost his life.......It may only be a stab in the dark ,but it would be great should be able to have some family connection....I look forward to your reply...Best Wishes.....John.....I Hav a lot of info should we have ties.
