Mr. Hodge: I found the William F. Young you mention. Unfortunately, my ancestor didn't live in Montgomery County, TN at the time of the War. He lived in Jackson Co., TN. This is why I am having such trouble finding him. I came by this information from a geneology done by my family. I had three other relatives that fought and was able to locate them without trouble. I wonder if perhaps my information is incorrect? In any event, any help you can give will be most appreciated. Thank you again for your help.
