Col Harvey Washington WALTER

Seeking copy of tribute paid Colonel Harvey Washington Walter in 1878 after his yellow fever death written by poetess Fanny Green (Borland) Moores (1848AR-1879TN) authoress "The Dead Confederacy", published 21 Dec 1871 in London's Cosmopolitan, heralded by Generals Albert Pike, John M Harrell and Father Abram Ryan. She was eldest daughter of Colonel Solon Borland, M D, once a U S Senator from Arkansas, and died a violent yellow fever death morning of 23 August 1879 in her sister's home at Memphis. Both she and sister Mollie had lost husbands in 1878 to yellow fever.
