There will be a living history event at Fort Defiance/Bruce in Clarksville, TN this Sunday (April 23) afternoon from 1 to 5 PM. The event is named "March to the Past" and will feature reenactors of the 50th Tennessee as well as civilian reenactors demonstrating skills and pastimes of soldiers and civilians during the Civil War era including marching and musket drills, food preparation, uniform and equipment displays, herbal medicines, sewing skills, and more.
