Searching for letters, journals and other personal documents referencing Capt. James Trimble Brown of Tennessee, who served as an aide de camp to his uncle, Gen. John Calvin Brown. Capt. Brown was originally a member of Capt. B.F. White Jr's artillery unit, White's (Tennessee) Battery, before joining his uncle's staff. After the war he became a lawyer and judge. he died suddenly in 1878. Any and all help appreciated. Thanks, Ron.
